舊年我周圍睇過好多唔同嘅節目後就發覺好鍾意呢位女士農夫嘅方法，而且佢真係好好人。佢有30幾年有幾種菜嘅經驗，但係無架子。已經拍咗7年嘅影片，每星期一集，今年嘅節目啱啱開始。我跟佢學，學咗好多嘢。當然仲有**好多**嘢學，所以人生有樂趣
而家同時睇緊另外一本書「How to Grow More Vegetables (and fruits, nuts, berries, grains, and other crops) than you ever thought possible on less land with less water than you can imagine.」 by John Jeavons（第9版）。絕對推展俾大家睇，尤其係目前緊急需要將廢泥變成健康泥嚟種健康菜嘅人。 Soil is life. Don’t kill the soil !!!
